Dr. Starsha Sewell is a senior academic and cybersecurity leader with 20 years of experience, beginning in February 2006, spanning higher education, government, and national security environments. She is recognized for designing governance-aligned learning systems that protect people, strengthen institutions, and operate with integrity in complex, high-risk environments.

She is the creator of Cyberdemics™, an original legal cybersecurity people-protection framework created to govern this condition.

As Founder and President of Cyberdemics Christian Tech Leadership University (CCTLU), Dr. Sewell leads a Christ-centered institution dedicated to leadership formation, cybersecurity governance, and ethical decision-making. Her work is grounded in the conviction that Kingdom systems are not exempt from governance, discipline, accountability, or excellence, and that faith-led institutions must be structured with the same rigor expected of any credible academic or professional enterprise.

Her academic credentials include a Doctorate, a Master of Education in Higher Education Management, an Executive Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in English, and an Associate Degree in Justice Studies. She has served as an Associate Campus Dean of Business Administration and Professor of Business Administration, English, and Economics, and is an Adult Learning Subject Matter Expert in Organizational Leadership, Development, and Training.
